If you want to go on a drive in the country while in near Pigeon Forge, then go to Hillbilly's. It's not new. It's not as many people overuse the term a "hidden gem." No, instead it's a place with country food, and staying power. Breakfast is amazing. I had a ham and cheese omelet, Hashbrowns, and gravy and biscuits. All great. But they have these mini biscuits covered in sweet cinnamon butter. They are great! They have a breakfast bar on the weekends. They serve other meals but we visited in the AM after driving a scenic loop. They sell shirts. They have a cool truck in the middle of the restaurant (it's not gimmicky feeling, it works) If you are in the area and want to try something new, give this place a shot. It's been there since 2013. Very impressed with the portion size, flavor and service here! The way Southern Comfort Food and ambiance should be... We were greeted with complimentary cinnamon butter biscuits. Bacon was thick cut, the from scratch sweet potato pancakes served with a special house dip, thin breakfast steak cooked perfect and so were eggs over easy! Grabbed a dairy free cappuccino next door and brought it in. Options for everyone.
Great breakfast buffet with all the southern, home-style choices you'd expect. The complimentary bite-size sweet rolls are delicious. And the servers are as sweet as the iced tea they serve. You'll love the old truck in the center of the room, scribbled in white pen with the names of the many customers who've visited.
Amazing food, great service, fast easy quick! I ate here every morning for 5 days during my stay in wears valley. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
We ate here while visiting for the Jeep Invasion. While we've visited the area many times, this was our first time stopping in. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our server arrived quickly as well. My wife had the BLT with onion rings and I had a burger with fries. All of the food was great and my burger was awesome. Our service was excellent as well. We will definitely be back.
